Main features:

High rotary speed(the maximum speed is 4000-5000 r/min),high efficiency,small volume,light weight,and compact structure.Air cooling structure,pressure rise 98Kpa,no need of water cooling.Special designed casing ensures reliable running with low noise under the high pressure condition.Precision harden-teeth-surface helical timing gears without key connecting to ensure reliable locating,balances running with low noise,high rigidity,and long life.By adopting the SKF product, the bearing can running with high speed under the high tempreture condition.Bearing’s axial is fixed by the locking plate ,and it can avoid the the roller’s weakens which cause by the connection between the traditional round nut and locking pad, so that enhancing the intensity of the axial .Oil tank is made in aluminum with light weight and better heat-diffusing effect.Comapact unit design is applied with auto self- tensioned structure to ensure the belts are always optimally tensioned.The pulley use the noduler cast iron material and allow the high speed rotation. The connection by the standarded power lock between the pully and bearing is easy to use and maintenance .
